Q. What do you charge for your services?
A. All our services are free and confidential.

Q. Do I have to qualify in some way to be eligible to receive your services?
A. No. All our clients are served without regard to age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, disability or other arbitrary circumstances.

Q. Where can I get Proof of Pregnancy?
A. Ashland Care Center can provide you with Proof of Pregnancy and official referrals to Job and Family Services and WIC for any clients who have received a positive pregnancy test at the Center. We also provide referrals to other community agencies as well as to local physicians.

Q. How accurate is your pregnancy test?
A. Our test is a urine-based pregnancy test and is 99% accurate. Other tests may vary in their accuracy rates.

Q. If I have a pregnancy test done at Ashland Care Center, are you obligated to report the results to anyone?
A. All of your contact with this office is strictly confidential to the full extent allowable by law. That means we won’t tell anyone (parents, friends, etc.) that you visited us. We are here to help you!

Q. Do you do ultrasounds?
A. Yes. Clients who have received a positive pregnancy test result at the Ashland Care Center office may be eligible for a limited ultrasound performed by trained medical personnel.

Q. Do I have to be a current client in order to enroll in the Baby Bucks program and shop in the Boutique?
A. Yes. Only clients who have received a positive pregnancy test result at the Ashland Care Center office will be eligible to enroll in the Baby Bucks program.

Q. Where are you located?
A. Our address is 119 Sloan Ave., Ashland, Oh 44805. We are just off of E. Main St. at the traffic light by the UPS store and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

If you are on Main St. coming from downtown Ashland you would make a right at the traffic light just before KFC onto Sloan. If you are coming down Main St. from the Walmart area you would make a left at the traffic light just past KFC onto Sloan Ave. Ashland Care Center will be located on the left side of Sloan. Look for our sign. Parking and entrance is at the rear of the building.
