Where: The Park on the Corner, Downtown Ashland

Group Start: 9:00 a.m.
Check-in Opens: 8:00 a.m.

• Register online and download a pledge form, or return a printed registration form to your church liaison to receive your pledge form
• Registration Deadline is Sunday, September 12, 2010
• Prizes will be awarded to the youth and adult that raise the most pledges
• All participants raising $75.00 or more in pledges will receive a T-shirt (make sure you order the size you want!!)
• Please bring in or mail your completed pledge forms in advance of the Walk to help speed up check-in
• We will be walking as a group!! Pastors will lead in prayer then ALL walkers will start promptly at 9 a.m.
• Bottled water and a light snack will be available for all walkers
• The church with the most walkers present and the church with the most pledge $ will be honored
• Complimentary group/family/individual photos will be taken at the Park after the LifeWalk

Collecting Pledges:

• Please collect as many pledges in advance of LifeWalk 2010 as possible and turn in ALL collected monies with completed Pledge form at Ashland Care Center -or- to your Church Liaison PRIOR to the LifeWalk
• Pledge forms and collected monies may also be turned in at the LifeWalk. 
• ACC can collect pledges that are $15.00 or more -however -
• All pledges under $15.00 MUST be collected by the walker.
